School Meals
In April 2017, following consultation with RPJ3 Facilities and Food Service Consultancy, we launched our new in-house catering service. We took the decision to go in-house as we believed it was in the best interests of both the children and the school.
At the start of the process we consulted with the children to find out what their favourite foods were and RPJ3 then drew up an exciting new 2 week rolling menu, based around the top food choices.
Our menus are fully compliant with the School Food Standards which came into force on the 1st January 2015.
The School Food Standards were put in place to ensure that food provided to pupils in school is nutritious and of high quality; to promote good nutritional health in all pupils, protect those who are nutritionally vulnerable and to promote good eating behaviour.
